To aid in fertility pay particular attention to clues in ovulation. Cervical mucus is usually sticky and clear but at mid cycle it is stretchy, in abundance and has a consistency of an egg white, which means ovulation will happen in approximately 36 hours. Or purchase an ovulation test kit, which are available at drugstores.

Saturate the cervix and fallopian tubes with sperm, which will obviously enhance the chance of conception. So try having sex daily for three days after ovulation, or have sex every other day, if not tracking ovulation. This way when an egg is released, there will be sperm in the fallopian tubes. Sperm can survive for up to three days.

Be still after sex to keep the semen from leaking out. Lay back and rest for at least 15 minutes.
